Solid Works
We are pleased to offer you 3D modeling service.
It's well known that automatic 2D-to-3D
translators are applicable only for relatively
simple parts. It is impossible to automatically
reconstruct most of 3D parts from their 2D
drawings. Only qualified mechanical engineers
can do useful work, so this service may be a
real 3D Assistant for you.
Every time when you need to make a 3D model from
2D drawing, or any other source, you can save
your time and efforts. No matter what your
industry is and what type of models you need -
you can always rely on us.
It is very simple. You send us source materials,
and we make 3D models for you. We can do
modeling in almost any CAD system, so you always
get models in your CAD system native format
Models are parametric and well dimensioned and
can be introduced to your design process
immediately.
It is very simple
You send me your source materials, and I will
return 3D models to you. Since all work is done
manually, it is possible to make any type of 3D
model: Feature Based Solid, Wire frame and
Surface models. Models could be of any
complexity, including assemblies. You have
complete control over the modeling process and
always have the opportunity to approve the model
before you accepted and paid for.
3D Models
Of course 3D models are what this service is all
about. The following are comparisons between the
"Standard Features" and the "Special Features"
which of course entail an increased amount of
work and price.
Models quality
I have years of experience of 3D parametric
solid, wire frame, surface and assembly
modeling. I have modeled parts for many type of
industry, so I always know many specific issues
related to modeling techniques. I always choose
the most appropriate way to build a model to
make it easy to modify. The models could be
re-used since they contain the design intent of
original parts stored in 2D drawings. The
results could not even be compared to any
automatic 2D-to-3D translators.
Modeling specifics
Every type of mechanical part: machined,
plastic, casting, sheet metal, aero/hydro
surface or sculptural/ergonomic surface has its
own specifics during 3D modeling. For example,
drafts and rounds in plastic and cast parts.
Usually we build-in such a feature into the
models during standard modeling if they are
clearly specified in an original drawing. I
model accurately with all needed constraints,
relations and dimensions. Please specify in
writing.
